Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Providing false information or impersonating another individual may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances, bonuses, and winnings. 31400 reserves the right to conduct identity checks at any time to ensure compliance with this policy.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 31400 support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account information.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate the platform's gaming or payment systems.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 31400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, internet banking via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and others), and direct bank transfer. No foreign currency conversion is applied for Malaysian users.
Each deposit is subject to a minimum limit depending on the selected payment method. These limits may change from time to time and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits that do not meet the minimum limit will not be processed and will be returned to the user.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the user's 31400 account. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and may range from a few minutes to 24 hours.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 31400 are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms. Users must fulfil the rollover requirements before any bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. Breach of promotion terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus.

Account Suspension & Closure

Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited in full.
